Pathways Program Assistant
Part-Time Position; Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:45-5:45 PM (Afternoon Shift)
The Program Assistant will work 25 hours a week at the Pathways Center and will be supervised by the Director of Pathways. The job duties include: Providing support/services to the Pathways residents including regular resident interactions and monitoring common areas; Assisting the Activity/Volunteer Coordinator as needed; Answering phones and assisting in the maintenance of the family shelter waiting list and admission inquiries; Assisting volunteers as needed and providing support with meals and activities; Receiving and organizing donations; and Enforcing Pathways rules/policies and informing the Director of problems/rule violations.
