Pathways Program Assistant
Part-Time Position; Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:45-5:45 PM (Afternoon Shift)
The Program Assistant will work 25 hours a week at the Pathways Center and will be supervised by the Director of Pathways. The job duties include: Providing support/services to the Pathways residents including regular resident interactions and monitoring common areas; Assisting the Activity/Volunteer Coordinator as needed; Answering phones and assisting in the maintenance of the family shelter waiting list and admission inquiries; Assisting volunteers as needed and providing support with meals and activities; Receiving and organizing donations; and Enforcing Pathways rules/policies and informing the Director of problems/rule violations. Weaver House Shelter Manager 2nd Shift
Full-Time position; Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00-11:00 PM (Second Shift)
The Weaver House Shelter Manager oversees the physical operation of the Weaver House Emergency Shelter and its residents during Mondays-Fridays for the second shift. This position works closely with and provides supervision and support to the Part-Time Shelter Managers. This position communicates with security to keep the shelter safe. This position ensures that the Director of Weaver House is informed of any issues pertaining to resident housing, case management, and other shelter services.
